X. ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS

IIJ aims to constantly keep its clients apprised with amendments/changes in every area of environmental laws including air, water, mining, solid waste management, hazardous chemicals, infectious waste management, underground storage tanks, boilers and chimneys, commercial transactions and pollution insurance. IIJ also undertakes regulatory and compliance matters including assisting clients in understanding the complexities of environmental laws and regulations. We are also involved in assisting our clients to obtain environmental clearances for their projects.
