VII. ARBITRATION & ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We involve ourselves with our clients with the aim of resolution of disputes in all areas of general and special practices including commerce, finance and industry. We initiate initial due-diligence exercise and ensure proper documentation etc. with a view to prevent disputes and still if the dispute arises, we put sincere efforts in preparation of our client's case and ensure that the clients get the best advice and support in resolving their disputes. Besides domestic and international arbitration and enforcement of awards therein, we also handle negotiations and conciliation assignments.
